a3Di uses high performance laser technology to provide a significant improvement in inspecting your PCB assemblies. The hardware is rugged and robust and has been designed with ease of use and system maintainability in mind. The system can be purchased as a dual drawer or conveyor based system giving you the flexibility of positioning the system where you need it. The lasers used take millions of xyz true 3D measurements per board meaning that you get a 100% scan of each board inspected. Resulting in no false calls or the need for an operator station. The a3Di is the only system capable of meeting the IPC 610 class 1,2 & 3 inspection criteria.
